Had a braw room, pure spacious and tidy, just like I love! Staff were cracking, helped me out, especially the housekeeping. Only downside? Breakfast could be better—variety wasn't great. a smashing stay!

Good setup and indeed a five star standard
To catch a taxi to nearby places is quite difficult although there is a taxi stand infront of the hotel..the hotel is not to be blamed but taxi driver only interested in taking guest to the airport because of longer distance

We were there for 7 days, everything was perfect, loved its unbeatable location near the central business area, a shopping mall close to subway-rooms tidy and METRO STATION AND OTHER IMPORTANT PLACES OF INTEREST AND SHOPPING CENTRE...
Didn't like the staff, some of them were a little unfriendly.

Very luxurious hotel with excellent modern and elegant facilities. I found the staff courteous and efficient. Food and beverage on the expensive side but quality wa good. Very well appointed rooms and I especially liked the bathroom layout and spaciousness.Free internet
A little difficult to get cabs especially at night although the bellboys did their very best. Food and beverage (especially breakfast) on the expensive side but quality was good.Internet was free but it was very slow and cut out after only a few minutes of inactivity.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
During my visit, I encountered multiple inconveniences that significantly impacted my experience. The air conditioning in my room was not functioning, quite uncomfortable, especially at night. I found the breakfast selection to be lacking in quality and variety, and it was disappointing to see that some items were served cold. The overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with remnants from previous guests still visible.

Beautiful rooms and amenities. Like the breakfast buffet but notice a difference between the selection during the week-end and week days. Very nice concierge (a lady) and good references for restaurants and sightseeing.
I would have like to be greeted more cheerfully by the staff upon check- in. I was tired so maybe a bit grumpy ? Also, although I booked 2 rooms for our 4 nights stay with my parents, we had rooms on different floors the first night. Then, I discover that my card could not be used to go visit them on their floor. Again, maybe tired and grumpy. It was resolved the 2nd day.

The room offered a fine view, with awesome amenities like a large bathroom that included a bathtub and separate shower. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide array of options like Colombian coffee and both Western and Chinese dishes. The room service could have been more timely, and the cleaning staff occasionally interrupted our privacy despite efficient service. Navigating the location required a bit more signage to assist with first-time visitors.

The location was convenient and perfect, for example, an underground station was close to the venue. There were a shopping centre and a supermarket around the hotel. I liked suite. Got comfortable bed and a safe box, a mini bar and an iron.
